Brahm is General Partner at Round13Capital. Since joining Round13, Brahm has been actively involved in conducting due diligence on new investment opportunities and working with existing investees. Prior to joining Round13, Brahm worked in Private Equity at ONCAP Management Partners, the mid-market private equity fund of Onex Corporation and in Investment Banking in the Mergers & Acquisitions group at RBC Capital Markets.

With more than 35 years of experience in the real estate industry, John's background includes an award-winning commercial real estate sales career, management of corporate offices for one of Canada’s iconic real estate brands, as well as ownership of a major residential real estate franchise. Named a 2022 RISMedia Real Estate Newsmaker, John is a trusted authority in Canadian residential real estate. He is also an active industry participant holding recent Director positions on both The Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB) and OREA Board of Directors.

Mark is a founding partner of Woolgar VanWiechen Cosgriffe Ducoffe LLP where he has practiced corporate law for over 35 years, focusing on private company M&A and advising owner-operators, family businesses and entrepreneurs from start-up to succession. He is also a partner in New York-based RVE Capital Partners, a private investment firm whose funds engage in buy-out transactions in the middle market throughout North America. A seasoned corporate director, Mark currently sits on the boards of WHI Global, LLC, a manufacturer of components assemblies for the aerospace, defense and industrial markets with manufacturing facilities across the United States, and is the Board Chair of Twenty-First Financial Inc., a Canadian specialty finance provider offering innovative and fair financing payment solutions for dealers and customers installing mission-critical home-improvement equipment.

In 2011, Stuart co-founded Fiera Properties Limited with Fiera Capital, growing it to over $2.5B in AUM in three different funds in just five years. Prior to that, he co-founded KingSett Capital, now one of Canada’s leading private equity real estate investment management firms. For 15 years, he was Managing Partner of Enterprise Property Group.

Wilson has spent the majority of his career working at start ups and has a proven track record working to overcome the challenges involved with building and scaling companies. At Round13, Wilson will be focused on making new investments and working with existing portfolio companies to scale to the next level. Prior to joining Round13, Wilson was CFO of Sourced Group, (cloud consulting services, acquired by Amdocs NASDAQ: DOX) and has also served as CFO for companies such as Fortiva (SaaS email archiving, acquired by Proofpoint NASDAQ:PFPT), Borderware (security software, acquired by Watchguard), ActivPlant (manufacturing intelligence software, acquired by CDC), FloNetwork, (SaaS email marketing, acquired by DoubleClick NASDAQ: DCLK). Wilson was also the founder of BrightIron consulting which provides CFO advisory services to tech start ups such as: Mazooma (online payments, acquired by Nuvei TSE:NVEI), Lane (SaaS property technology, acquired by VTS) and many others throughout the years. Wilson also worked at Pagemill Partners (investment bank based in Palo Alto) and Ventures West (venture capital firm). Wilson graduated from the University of Toronto with a bachelor of commerce degree and worked at Arthur Andersen where he received his Chartered Accountancy designation.

Bronwyn Smith is the CEO of RealServus and is responsible for generating growth across all RealServus brands.Previously, Bronwyn served as COO of RealServus and President of myAbode. Before joining RealServus, Bronwyn held leadership roles at top tech companies including Shopify, Ada, and Influitive, where she focused on growth and operational excellence. She began her career as a strategy consultant at Bain & Company, advising global clients on business transformation.

Jeff brings over two decades of experience in real estate, luxury sales, and strategic growth to his role as Senior Vice President of Revenue at RealServus and General Manager at Property.ca. Since taking the helm at Property.ca in 2022, Jeff has driven a period of significant expansion—leading to a 30%+ increase in agent growth in 2024 and the successful onboarding of three major teams and brokerages across 2024 and 2025. Under his leadership, the company has also implemented advanced technologies, including AI-powered solutions, to enhance operations and performance. A co-founding partner of the Vaughan and North York offices, Jeff continues to shape national strategy, scale high-performing teams, and deliver measurable impact across the organization.

Joshua Dunn is the Vice President of Strategy & Transformation where he drives strategic growth and operational excellence to simplify the homeownership journey and empower REALTORS®. He brings nearly a decade of experience at Bain & Company, where he led enterprise transformations, value creation initiatives, and talent strategy, as well as leadership roles in strategy and innovation at 24 Hour Fitness. Joshua holds a Master of Management of Innovation from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Engineering from Queen’s University.

Hirad is an accomplished engineering leader with over 10 years of experience building and scaling technology teams across PropTech and enterprise software. Serving as SVP of Engineering, he brings a proven track record of driving technical innovation and organizational growth. Hirad is passionate about fostering innovation, having successfully guided teams through rapid scaling phases while maintaining high technical standards. He holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo and a Bachelor's degree from the University of British Columbia.
